Petitioner is named in the first information report but no specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioner. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, several coaccused have already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 28.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16893 of 2015.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Nawadah in connection with Pakribarawan ( Dhamaul) P.S.Case 126 of 2014.
