JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have been arrested by the police and two mobile sets were recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner accepted his involvement in Simri P.S.Case No. 122 of 2015 and also accepted that he got issued SIM giving forged name and address. It appears that except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 30.11.2015.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
