Mr. Mohammed Arif, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 60 of 2019 (POCSO Case No. 89 of 2019), registered for offence punishable under Sections 376(G) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of POCSO Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to previous enmity. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 05.11.2019.

Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there is specific allegation against the petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3230 of 2020(2) dt.24-01-2020 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this application is rejected.
