The learned lower court will keep vigilance over the affair at least till six months and till then the provisional bail granted to the petitioner is extended. In case there happens to be continuity of congenial atmosphere amongst spouses, then in that event the learned lower court will itself confirm the provisional bail otherwise will pass appropriate order in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observation, instant petition is disposed of.
