JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, who is a Juvenile, is an accused in a case under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on 22.01.2015 with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after three months.

The petitioner is in custody since 07.08.2013. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Juvenile Justice Board, Siwan in connection with G.R. No. 383 of 2013 (JTR No. 97 of 2014)

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.399 of 2015 (2) dt.26-08-2015 2 / 2 arising out of Mairwa P.S. case no. 15 of 2013. It is directed that the enquiry / trial should be completed expeditiously under the Juvenile Justice Act. (Samarendra Pratap Singh, J.) Uday/- U T
