Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue raised in the present writ application is squarely covered by the judgment dated 16.08.2017 passed in LPA No. 756 of 2015 (The State of Bihar & others Vs. Ram Ashis Tiwari & others).

Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna (respondent no. 3) to consider the case of the petitioners in the light of judgment dated 16.08.2017 passed in LPA No. 756 of 2015 (The State of Bihar & others Vs. Ram Ashis Tiwari & others) and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this judgment.
