The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named 22 persons including the petitioner and alleged that they all assaulted his father with fists and slaps. Bidur Mandal assaulted his father with waterpot on his chest and his father fell down and died. There is omnibus and general allegation of assault against the petitioner that he assaulted with fists and slaps.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the coaccused Pankaj Mandal has already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23347 of 2015, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25386 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 2/2 petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Jogbani P.S. Case No. 101 of 2014.
