The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was apprehended by the police and from his possession five live cartridges were recovered. No arm was recovered from his possession and for that the petitioner is in jail since 26.12.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24712 of 2015 (2) dt.16-07-2015 amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S. K. Singh, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Araria in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case no. 215 of 2014.
