JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhorey P.S. Case No. 366 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the marriage took place on 10.02.2018. In para 13 of the petition it is stated that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife with full dignity and honour.

Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7000 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 within one month from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Bhorey P.S. Case No. 366 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

After release of petitioner, the Court below shall refer the matter to the District Mediation Centre for amicable settlement of the dispute between the husband and wife. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) uday/- U T
