The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 406, 420, 467, 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is that the petitioner was working as Munsi in the business house of the informant and he used to issue fake receipts and collect money. The informant alleged that petitioner in collusion with Md. Javed caused loss of Rs. 50 lacs to him.

It is submitted that Md. Javed has already been enlarged on bail by the learned Judicial Magistrate. The petitioner is in jail since 24.02.2015 and he has already remained in jail for five months.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24647 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 2/2 allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ram Sajan Pandey, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Patna City in Malsalami P.S. Case No. 48/ 2015.
