JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 363, 365, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he is also involved in kidnapping the husband of the informant, as his name has come on the confession of the co-accused. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody since 5.12.2015. He has no criminal antecedent. Chargesheet has been submitted in the present case. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Except for confessional statement, there is no material against the petitioner to suggest his implication in the present case.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioner's name has come in course of investigation.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II, Patna, in connection with S. Tr. No. 260 of 2016 arising
