2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 514 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have kidnapped the victim girl.

4. The victim girl, in her statement made under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has said that she has left her house on her own.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
