JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 2 20-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor. Instant case happens to be relating to death of deceased at her Sasural who was married with Gopal Singh about 3 years ago, on account of administration of poison due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry which, from perusal of the written report is apparent to have advanced at the end of husband of deceased, namely, Gopal Singh.

Petitioner is mother-in-law without having specific disclosure. Furthermore, as submitted Gopal Singh is under custody. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 29.01.2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18774 of 2015 (2) dt.20-05-2015 Accordingly, petitioner Savitri Devi @ Shivrati Devi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No.186 of 2013.
