Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of Excise Act.

Near about 450 litres spirit are said to have been recovered from the Dikky of a vehicle. Petitioner was caught on the spot whereas two persons managed to escape from there. Petitioner disclosed before the informant that the seized spirit belongs to co-accused Chamu and the same was sold by coaccused Anjar Malik. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 9.2.2016. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed
