2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.75 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 420/ 34 of the I.P.C.

3. The complaint petition goes to show that the marriage of complainant's niece was settled with Chinku Kumar @ Chinku Paswan. So far as the petitioner is concerned, he happens to be brother of aforesaid Chinku Kumar and there is nothing specific that it was the petitioner, who took the articles given by the complainant.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5009 of 2020(2) dt.02-03-2020 2/2 of the case as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the Court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Complaint Case No.75 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
