The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 395, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He was apprehended merely on suspicion but the police took confessional statement of the petitioner but did not put the petitioner on T.I. parade. Except the confessional statement of the petitioner, the I.O. did not collect any tangible evidence against him. The petitioner is in jail since 19.01.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24706 of 2015 (2) dt.16-07-2015 above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Motihari in connection with Kundwa Chainpur P.S. Case no. 100 of 2014.
