JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 21-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. A counter affidavit has been filed today on behalf of respondent nos. 5 to 7. In para 9 of the counter affidavit specific statements have been made by the respondent that the petitioner will be paid within a period of two months after completing all the formalities.

In view of the undertaking, the Court hopes and trusts that the respondents will comply their own understanding made in

Patna High Court CWJC No.8077 of 2017 (3) dt.21-02-2018 2/2 para 9 of the counter affidavit.

Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of in view of the undertaking made in para 9 of the counter affidavit by the respondents. In case, the petitioner on receipt of payment is aggrieved by error in calculation or non-payment of any of his legitimate dues, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to file representation along with a copy of this order before the concerned respondent, who shall be under obligation to address the issue raised in the representation by a reasoned and speaking order within a maximum period of two months from the date of filing of such representation.
