The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S. Tr. No.13 of 2017 arising out of Kadamkuan P.S. Case No.237 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

By order dated 26.02.2021, a report was called for in the present case. The report is at flag 'A'.

Perused the report of the Additional District and Sessions Judge-XXI, Patna in which it is stated that out of six accused persons, one Gopal @ Gopi, who was in custody, has died on 05.08.2020 during treatment in P.M.C.H. as per report submitted by the Superitnendent, Adarsh Central Jail Beur Patna vide letter no.5607 dated 05.08.2020 and consequently the trial
