The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 457, 380, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. During the course of investigation, some utensils were recovered from the house of the petitioner. It is submitted that there were no identity marks on the stolen motorcycles. The petitioner is in jail since 01.02.2015. The petitioner has clean antecedent. Considering the facts and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.K. Jha, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saharsa in Mahishi P.S. Case No. 11 of 2015.
