Patna High Court MJC No.4883 of 2018(4) dt.07-11-2019 2/2 Additional Secretary (Administration) Water Resources Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, the benefits of 3rd A.C.P. has already been granted to the petitioner herein and monetary benefit thereof, shall be granted within a period of four weeks from today.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off with a direction to the Secretary (Administration) Water Resources Department, Government of Bihar, Patna to ensure payment of the actual benefits in monetary terms of the aforesaid grant of benefits of 3rd A.C.P. to the petitioner herein within a period of four weeks from today, failing which he shall not draw his salary.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
