Petitioner is in custody in connection with Udwantnagar (Gajrajganj) P.S. Case No. 338 of 2019 for the offence under sections 302, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The petitioner has been suspected in this case in commission of murder of brother of the informant. It is alleged that the brother of the informant was done to death by accused persons.

It appears from the fard-beyan that co-accused Mangani Singh called the brother of the informant(deceased)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6010 of 2020(3) dt.28-05-2020 2/2 and later on his dead body was recovered.

Mr. Bikramdeo Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that co-accused Mangani Singh has been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 515 of 2020 on 20.2.2020.

The petitioner is in custody since 28.8.2019. Considering the fact that co-accused Mangani Singh has been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this Court, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Udwantnagar (Gajrajgani) P.S. Case No. 338 of 2019.
