Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Kawakole P.S. Case No.305 of 2020 registered under Sections 25(1-b)A,26/27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have committed no offence and have falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.
