Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 5678(C) of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 379, 406 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the instant case.
