Counter affidavit discloses that the authorities have allowed benefit of 2nd ACP in respect of the petitioner's father with effect from 09.08.1999.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that father of the petitioner's scale was liable to be revised as per recommendation of 6th Pay Revision Committee with effect from 01.04.2007. In respect of other remaining claims, petitioner would be at liberty to approach Director General-cum- Inspector General of Police,Bihar, Patna (respondent no.2) by making detailed representation.
Patna High Court CWJC No.8753 of 2015(3) dt.28-08-2019 2/2 Respondent no.2 should consider the petitioner's claim and dispose it of by reasoned and speaking order and pay admissible dues within the period of three months from the date of filing of representation which should be filed positively within four weeks.
Writ petition is disposed of.
