Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code as well as section 3/ 4 of the Explosive Substance Act.
The name of the petitioners came in the statement of one witness who claimed to have over-heard conversation of the culprits who were taking the names of the petitioners. Petitioner were arrested and put on test identification parade but the prosecution witnesses failed to identify the petitioners.
Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15826 of 2016 (2) dt.20-04-2016 like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Bela P.S. Case no. 177/2015.
