No doubt, petitioner is named in the first information report but it appears from perusal of the impugned order that except suspicion, there is nothing against the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kopa P.S. Case No. 83 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra.
