Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of petitioner was disclosed by co-accused, Bamshankar Kumar @ Panna Singh from whose kabadi shop the stolen vehicle was recovered and the aforesaid co-accused disclosed that he had purchased the seized vehicle from this petitioner. It appears that except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against the petitioner, who does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 18.02.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on
