In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Bettiah (M) P.S. Case No. 418 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307,342, 354(B), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Primarily, allegation has been made against one Sonu Ram, who has established physical relationship with the daughter of the informant on the assurance that he will marry with her, but later on, he resiled from his own commitment. The petitioners are mother and sister of Sonu Ram. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4731 of 2019(2) dt.29-01-2019 2/2 of the case, let the above-named petitioners, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah, in connection with Bettiah (M) P.S.
