In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Bettiah (M) P.S. Case No. 418 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307,342, 354(B), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Primarily, allegation has been made against one Sonu Ram, who has established physical relationship with the daughter of the informant on the assurance that he will marry with her, but later on, he resiled from his own commitment. The petitioners are mother and sister of Sonu Ram. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances
