2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief(s):- "I. For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus to confirm the service of the petitioner to the post of Graduate

2/4 Qualified Revenue Karmchari in terms of the recommendation given as contained in Memo No. 353 dated 18.05.2017 and in consequent thereof the pay scale attached to the said post may be granted to him.

II. For a direction to the respondent authorities to consider the representation dated 13.09.2019 given by the petitioner before Respondent No.

III. Also for any other relief/ reliefs if petitioner found entitle in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for issuance of writ of mandamus has been made. Counsel submits that the petitioner has filed a representation dated 13.09.2019 before the Collector, Saran at Chapra (Respondent no.4) which is annexed as Annexure-5. But, no decision has been taken on the said representation till date. The extract of the petitioner's representation is reproduced here under:-

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that from the record, it transpires that the petitioner's representation is pending before the Collector, Saran at Chapra. He submits that a

4/4 time frame may be fixed so that order may be passed on the petitioner's representation.

5. As such, without entering into the merit or demerit of the case, the Collector, Saran at Chapra (Respondent no.4) is hereby directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order on the representation filed by the petitioner which is annexed as Annexure-5, within 90 days from the date of production of the order.

6. Accordingly, with the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed off.
