The petitioner wants to renew his prayer for bail which had already been rejected by order dated 26.11.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22907 of 2013 and again by order dated 16.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33197 of 2014 on the ground that the trial has not been concluded within a period of two months and only two witnesses have been examined which is evident from the report of the learned court below dated 22.07.2015. Considering the allegation attributed against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner and accordingly prayer for bail of the petitioner is again hereby rejected in connection with Sessions

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30478 of 2015 (3) dt.19-08-2015 2/2 Trial No. 363 of 2013 arising out of Bochahan P.S. Case No. 138 of 2012, G.R. No. 3058 of 2012 pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge, 6th, Muzaffarpur.

However, the trial court is again directed to expedite the trial by keeping the same on day to day basis and to dispose of the same within two months.
