Mr. Parmanand Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-03-2019 Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 03.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49337 of 2018.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 66 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of snatching the motorcycle from the informant on the point of gun and the petitioner was identified on the basis of his voice. Further it appears that the petitioner is accused in six other cases. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is in custody since 26.06.2018 and in all other cases, he is on bail.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however once the petitioner completes one year in judicial custody, he may renew his prayer for bail. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
