This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Kadamkuan Police Station Case No. 279 of 2020, disclosing offences under Sections 25(a-b)a, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act.

As per the FIR, the police got a confidential information that on the occasion of celebration of birthday of co-accused, Ankit Sinha @ Shera, some criminals were making celebratory firing, the place of occurrence was raided and some FIR named accused persons were arrested with arms and ammunitions.

No.14643 of 2021(2) dt.12-01-2022 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was not arrested nor any incriminating article was recovered from his possession and as per paragraph No.3, the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He has also submitted that the arrested persons have been granted regular bail by the Court below.

Learned Addl. P.P. has opposed and the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforementioned fact and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-XII, Patna, in connection with Kadamkuan Police Station Case No. 279 of 2020, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
