The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 342, 323, 363, 366, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, chargesheet was submitted under Sections 302, 201/34 of the I.P.C.

Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner has surfaced during course of investigation only on the basis of material that the dead-body of the deceased was recovered from the rented house of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 03.09.2021.

However, learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition and submitted that the dead-body was recovered from the house of petitioner and there is no explanation from the petitioner as to how the dead-body was found in his house.
