Petitioner is said to be caught when he was fleeing away after committing the theft of motor but, admittedly, the stolen motor has not been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail custody since 27.01.2016 and except the present case as well as one Chitragupta Nagar P.S.Case No. 796 of 2015, which has been lodged against the petitioner, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria
