The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 17 of the C.L.A. Act and section 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 of U. A. (P) Act.

One Md. Shams was apprehended by the police and from his possession one bullet proof jacket was recovered. On the basis of disclosure of Md. Shams one Rajiv Kumar was apprehended who disclosed that he purchased the bullet proof jacket from the petitioner.

Except the confession, there is no material against the petitioner and co-accuse Rajiv Kumar has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15501 of 2015. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24874 of 2015 (2) dt.17-07-2015 2/2 allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Gaya in Tr.
