JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-01-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 552 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Allegation is of recovery of 63.5 litres of liquor from the motorcycle and petitioner was arrested on spot. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has no criminal antecedent and has falsely been implicated in this case and he has been in judicial custody since 29.11.2019 and ready to abide by any condition imposed on him. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3645 of 2020(2) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Brahmpur P.S.
