Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 248 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The present first information report has been lodged after five years of the alleged occurrence without there being any plausible explanation for the delay. There is nothing specific alleged against this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.3531 of 2020(2) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 248 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) mcv/- U T
