The present case has come only for the purposes of making payment per month to opposite party no. 2. The opposite party no. 2 has claimed that the petitioner is one of the owners of the jewellery shop which has been disputed by the petitioner and claiming that his elder brother is owner of the jewellery shop, he is only an employee of the State Government earning Rs. 18,000/- per month and at the same time he has kept his three sons along with him and bearing day to day all costs including their educational cost. Looking to the facts and circumstance of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26515 of 2015 (9) dt.29-06-2016 2/2 for the end of justice, this Court directs the petitioner to pay Rs. 4,000/- per month to opposite party no. 2 by 7th of each month. This Court also directs Panchayat Sachiv and Mukhiya to deduct the amount from the salary of the petitioner at the rate of Rs. 4,000/- per month which should be credited to the bank account of opposite party no. 2, which is A/c no. 226810100012808 in Andhra Bank.

With the above observation/direction, the bail granted to the petitioner is confirmed with the same condition as mentioned in the order dated 18.06.2015.
