2. The present petition has been filed for:- "setting aside the judgment and order dated 31.01.2017 passed by member Administrative, the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna in BLT Case No. 105 of 2015 by which the aforesaid application has been dismissed and the order of the commissioner Purnea Division, Purnea has been confirmed."

3. The concurrent findings are there, the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna has given the reasons for dismissing the petition of the petitioner, the contradictory statements of the petitioner is also on record.

4. In that background, this Court does not find any reason to interfere with the order.

5. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching appropriate competent Court for the redressal of the grievance.

6. Without commenting on the merit of the case and granting the said liberty, the writ petition is disposed of. (Rajiv Roy, J) perwez U
