JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 29-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 184 of 2018, disclosing offences under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Allegation is of recovery of 186 liters liquor from a four wheeler parked near dairy shop of one Chunchun Rai. Petitioners are not named in the F.I.R.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that during course of investigation they have been made accused in this case because their motorcycles were also parked near the dairy shop. Further, they have no criminal antecedents. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
