JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-08-2015 The petitioner is languishing in custody since 18.1.2015 in connection with Bettiah Mufassil P.S. Case No.44 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 341, 323, 324 307 and 302/34 of the I.P.C.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that there is allegation against the petitioner's father, namely, Noor Hasan Mian, of giving thrice knife blow causing injury upon the deceased. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 18.1.2015 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. As per the F.I.R. the allegation

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24766 of 2015 (3) dt.19-08-2015 2/2 of causing injury upon the deceased is not attributed to the petitioner. The main allegation is against the father of the petitioner, Noor Hasan Mian.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran, , in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No.44 of 2015.
