The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 304 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have slapped the wife of the informant as a result of which wife of the informant died on the spot. The petitioner gave only one slap causing the death of the wife of the informant.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named, who is a lady, be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case no. 358 of 2014.
