The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghoghardiha P.S. Case No. 99 of 2016 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Three unknown motorcycle borne criminals are said to have plundered two mobiles of the informant pointing pistol after dashing his motorcycle.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has no concern with the aforesaid occurrence. He has been falsely implicated in this case at the instance of his enemy. He is neither named in the FIR nor apprehended on the spot nor any incriminating

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4459 of 2019(2) dt.30-01-2019 2/2 article has been recovered from conscious physical possession of the petitioner. Though, the informant has claimed to identify the culprits witnessing them, but petitioner has not been put on T.I.P up-till now. Though, one more criminal case has been lodged against the petitioner, but he is on bail in the said case. He has been languishing in custody since 28.06.2018 In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Jhanjaharpur, Madhubani in connection with Ghoghardiha P.S. Case No. 99 of 2016.
