JUSTICE CHANDRA SHEKHAR JHA ORAL ORDER 14-02-2025 The present modification petition is being filed as to extend the time to surrender of the petitioner, as it was granted while allowing his prayer of anticipatory bail through Cr. Misc. No. 67083 of 2022 dated 02.05.2023.

2. It is submitted by learned counsel that the petitioner is working in South Korea and due to certain compelling circumstances like expiring of visa period, was not in a position to surrender before the court below in terms of the aforesaid order. It is submitted that issue of the petitioner in South Korea appears sorted and he may surrender within eight weeks.

3. Considering the submissions as made above and

No.8334 of 2025(2) dt.14-02-2025 2/2 also for the reasons stated in petition itself, the present modification petition stands allowed and above named petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from now i.e. by 11.04.2025 on furnishing bail bond, in terms of order dated 02.05.2023. passed in Cr. Misc. No. 67083 of 2022.

4. It is made clear that no modification prayer will entertain in future, on this score.

5. This order shall be treated as a part of order dated 02.05.2023. passed in Cr. Misc. No. 67083 of 2022.

6. Accordingly, Present modification petition stands disposed of.
