The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 323, 354 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case in brief is that on the alleged date and time of occurrence all six FIR named accused persons including this petitioner and 45-50 unknown persons barged into the Chamber of informant and misbehaved with her and also tried to snatch her mobile.
It is submitted that present case is counter blast of a dispute which arose between the parties pursuant to filing of an application under Right to Information Act, 2005 in the capacity of member of the School Management Committee seeking
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6014 of 2023(2) dt.10-04-2023 2/2 certain information regarding financial matter and management of the school. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura (Hathiyawa OP) P.S.
