The petitioner seeks bail in Murliganj P.S. Case No. 54/2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 384 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The sum and substance of the case is that the petitioner and other accused persons were constructing house on the land of the informant. They also assaulted the informant and demanded extortion.

It is submitted that the petitioner is the co-villager of the informant. The petitioner is in jail since 07.03.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 07.03.2015, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
