Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Manigachhi P.S. Case No. 207/2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/120(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioners are the brother-in-law and sister of one of the suspects Jyoti Devi and during entire investigation, no material has come to connect them even remotely with the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5272 of 2022(3) dt.26-04-2022 2/2 alleged crime.
Considering the facts and circumstances, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.
Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM Vth Darbhanga in connection with Manigachhi P.S. Case No. 207/2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
