JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-01-2015 The petitioner is languishing in custody since 25.07.2012 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20, 22, 23, 24 of the N.D.P.S. Act. 90 gms of smack was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The report of the learned Trial Court dated 13.10.2014 suggests that the trial will be concluded within a period of nine months.

Considering the report of the Trial Court and the quantity of the recovered contraband, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at present. Accordingly the application is dismissed in connection with N.D.P.S. No. 81 of 2012, arising out of Adapur(Nakardei) P.S. Case No. 86 of 2012.
