The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
From the possession of the petitioner one country made pistol and four live cartridges were recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 22.12.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for seven months and he has got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Habibpur P.S. Case No. 61/14.
