The petitioner seeks bail in Sadar P.S. Case No.527 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 413/414/401 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of about recovery of stolen LED T.V. Battery and Inverter from the house of the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on the confessional statement of co-accused, Md. Rajan and Sohal Khan, having no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 15.10.2019. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, rather the seized articles, being a common house hold articles, belong to the

Heard learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

In view of facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No.527 of 2019.
